At VALUSIS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all VALUSIS tags attached; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
